  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp whole grain mustard
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4-6 cups arugula
  • Shaved parmesan
  • Chopped macadamia nuts

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper, and the olive oil until combined. Taste and add more salt if needed.
