Better-for-you, oven-baked & ready in 40 minutes 🍟🔥 These Oven Baked Fries are a perfect pairing with Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp for an easy weeknight win.

Ingredients:
- 2 large russet potatoes, scrubbed clean
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- Salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut the potatoes into ¼-½” thick uniform fries.
3. Place the cut potatoes onto a large baking sheet and pat dry with a paper towel.
4. Toss with the avocado oil until all of the potatoes are completely coated, then spread evenly over the pan.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, then increase the oven temperature to broil. Broil for 3-6 minutes, checking every 1-2 minutes and flipping until the fries are golden brown and crisp.
6. Remove from the oven and immediately season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
