The “I threw this together” salad that actually hits every time 🤤 Here’s how to make it 👇
Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized zucchini, washed
- ½ lemon, juiced
- High-quality olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup chopped macadamia nuts or pistachios
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- Pair with Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp
Directions:
1. Use a vegetable peeler to shave long strips of the zucchini.
2. In a large bowl, toss the zucchini with the lemon juice and a generous drizzle of olive
oil, and a pinch of salt until combined.
3. Plate the zucchini and sprinkle the chopped nuts over top, followed by the crumbled feta and freshly cracked black pepper.
4. Serve alongside prepared Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp and enjoy!

POV: You’re about to enter your “I make these every week” era 🌮 These Sweet & Spicy Shrimp Soft Tacos are fast, flavorful & dangerously easy to crave. Crispy shrimp, saucy goodness and all the fresh toppings? Yeah…they’re on repeat for a reason 🤤
You’ll need:
- 10 Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp
- 2 medium-sized flour tortillas, warmed
- ½ cup shredded cabbage
- 4 tbsp aioli of choice (we used our tangy jalapeño cilantro - find the full recipe on socialkitchens.com or on a previous reel!)
- Pickled jalapeños to garnish
- Chopped cilantro to garnish
Directions:
1. Prepare the shrimp according to package directions.
2. Assemble the tacos: place 5 of the shrimp into each tortilla, followed by half of the shredded cabbage, and half of the aioli.
3. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
