There is nothing better than a quick, easy, and dare we say absolutely DELICIOUS side dish! These crispy sweet potato wedges are soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside and packed full of flavor.

- Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
- Carefully slice sweet potatoes in half, then in thirds or quarters. Toss the sweet potato wedges with the oil, cornstarch, and seasonings. Lay on a large baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the edges are beginning to get tender. Broil on low for 5-8 minutes or until fork tender and golden.
- Meanwhile, cook the burgers according to package directions.
- Serve with the shrimp burgers and enjoy!
