- Heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat and add the butter.
- Once the butter melts and starts bubbling, place the bok choy, cut side down, in the hot pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then pour the soy sauce over the bok choy.
- Cover and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes or until the bok choy is slightly tender and seared golden brown on the underside.
- Cook the shrimp according to package instructions.
- Serve the shrimp with the bok choy and enjoy!
