Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2-3 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Social Kitchens Citrus Orange Shrimp
Instructions
  1. Heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat and add the butter.
  2. Once the butter melts and starts bubbling, place the bok choy, cut side down, in the hot pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then pour the soy sauce over the bok choy.
  3. Cover and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes or until the bok choy is slightly tender and seared golden brown on the underside.
  4. Cook the shrimp according to package instructions.
  5. Serve the shrimp with the bok choy and enjoy!
