- In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with 1 tbsp of the olive oil and the garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, and fresh garlic until everything is coated.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot add the remaining oil.
- Add the brussels to the pan and cook for about 10-15 minutes, with a lid on the pan, stirring every 2-3 minutes to prevent burning or until the brussels are fork tender.
- Add a generous pinch of salt and stir.
- Pour into your serving dish and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
