Ingredients
  • 6 Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 pieces sourdough bread, toasted
  • Sesame seeds, to garnish
  • Sliced serrano pepper, to garnish – optional
Instructions
  1. Prepare the shrimp according to package directions. Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces, then toss with the sweet and spicy sauce and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lime juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. To assemble the toast, divide the avocado between the two slices. Top with the shrimp and garnish with sesame seeds and serrano if using.
