Ingredients
  • 8 Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp
  • ½ 15 oz bag tortilla chips
  • 6 oz shredded cheese of choice
  • Prepared avocado pico, to top (see recipe here)
  • Sour cream, to top
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp according to package directions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  3. Spread the chips evenly over a baking sheet and top with the shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for about 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Meanwhile, chop the shrimp up into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Once the cheese is melted, top the nachos with the chopped crispy shrimp and top with avocado pico de gallo, and sour cream.
