  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups baby kale
  • 2 cups cooked and cooled pearl couscous
  • 2 cups roasted butternut squash

Instructions
