Ingredients
  • 3 cups finely shredded purple cabbage
  • 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 Persian cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tsp chili crisp
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 10 Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Crispy Shrimp
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish – optional
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, green onion, bell pepper, avocado, cucumber, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl whisk together the coconut aminos, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, chili crisp, and sesame oil until combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until combined.
  4. Prepare the crispy shrimp according to package directions.
  5. Serve the salad with the shrimp, garnish if desired and enjoy!
