- In a large mixing bowl whisk together the coconut milk, mayo, sesame oil, lime juice, rice vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Once combined, add the slaw mix, peas, green onion, and cilantro. Toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate.
- Prepare the shrimp according to package directions. Serve the shrimp alongside the slaw and enjoy!
