All you’ll need to make these bowls are a few key ingredients: Our Sweet & Spicy shrimp, your choice of rice (we prefer white rice for this recipe), a fresh cucumber, fresh pineapple and pickled red onions. Feel free to pick up a jar of already pickled onions from the store, or whip up a batch yourself. Add the rice into your bowl first, then top it with the remainder of the ingredients.   • 1 ½ cups cooked white rice
  • ¾ cup sliced cucumber
  • ¾ cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup pickled red onions
Instructions
  1. Cook the shrimp according to package directions.
