Ingredients
  • 4 persian cucumbers, finely diced
  • ½ white onion, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, finely diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.*
