Ingredients
  • 12 Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp
  • 8 cups mixed greens
  • 1 small granny smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 small shallot, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup golden raisins
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Prepare the shrimp according to package directions. Toss with the sweet and spicy sauce and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the mixed greens, apple, shallot, pecans, and raisins.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic, dijon, maple, and a pinch of salt and pepper until completely combined.
  4. Drizzle desired amount of dressing over the salad and toss.
  5. Serve alongside the crispy shrimp and enjoy!
