- 6 large carrots, sliced into ¼ inch rounds
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder

- Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except the carrots until combined.
- Add the carrots to a baking dish and drizzle with the maple mixture. Toss until all of the carrots are coated.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, tossing the carrots every 10 minutes until tender and ready to serve. Enjoy!
