- Thread the pineapple, bell peppers, and onion on 4-6 skewers, alternating each ingredient. Drizzle with the oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grease the grill or grill pan and heat to medium high heat. Once heated, place the skewers on the grill and cook for 3-6 minutes or until golden brown and slightly charred. Flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Meanwhile, prepare the shrimp according to package directions.
- Serve the skewers with the shrimp on the side and enjoy!
