This Roasted Broccoli Caesar Salad is a fresh and flavorful twist on the classic Caesar salad, featuring roasted broccoli as the star of the dish. The roasted broccoli adds a smoky, caramelized flavor that brings a unique depth to the salad, transforming it into a satisfying, yet light meal.

The combination of tender, crispy roasted broccoli with fresh, crunchy romaine lettuce creates a perfect balance of textures. Tossed in a rich and creamy Caesar dressing, this salad becomes a comforting yet refreshing option, with the creaminess of the dressing perfectly complementing the slight bitterness of the roasted broccoli and the freshness of the romaine. For an added burst of flavor, the salad is garnished with freshly shaved Parmesan, which melts slightly over the warm broccoli, giving it a savory and nutty finish.

This Roasted Broccoli Caesar Salad is not only delicious on its own but also makes an excellent pairing with our Social Kitchens Sweet and Spicy Shrimp. The bold, sweet, and spicy shrimp adds a dynamic contrast to the creamy Caesar dressing and roasted broccoli, creating a harmonious combination of flavors.
