Instructions
- Trim the leaves off the cauliflower head and slice into ½-1” thick steaks.
- Lay the cauliflower steaks onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Brush with a little olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Roast at 425ºF for 20 minutes, then increase the heat to broil and broil for 3-5 minutes or until there is a little char.
- Serve alongside Social Kitchens Sweet and Spicy Shrimp and enjoy!
