Ingredients
  • 2 medium-large sweet potatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp chipotle salt (or 1 ½ tsp chipotle powder and 1 tsp salt)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • Hot honey, to serve

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Spread the diced sweet potatoes onto a large baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil, pepper, and chipotle salt. Toss until everything is coated.
