Ingredients
  • 1 medium-large sized delicata squash, sliced into ½” half moons
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
  2. Drizzle a little olive oil over a baking sheet and use a brush to spread all over.
  3. Place the squash onto the baking sheet and brush the top with a little more oil.
  4. Roast for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven. Mix together the maple and Dijon mustard and use a basting brush to brush all over the tops of the squash. Place back into the oven for another 5-10 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  5. Prepare desired amount of Social Kitchens shrimp according to package directions.
  6. Serve the squash alongside the shrimp and enjoy!
