  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp freshly minced dill
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • ½ cup chopped sugar snap peas
  • ¾ cup frozen peas, thawed
  • ½ cup sliced radish
  • ½ cup sliced red onion

Instructions
  1. Cook desired amount of shrimp according to package directions.
