Ingredients
  • 20 oz broccoli florets, chopped into smaller pieces
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • ½ small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mayo
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl add the chopped broccoli, sunflower seeds, raisins, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl whisk together the yogurt, mayo, salt, pepper, acv, and honey until combined.
  3. Pour on top of the broccoli mixture and toss until completely combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
