- Prepare the shrimp according to package directions. Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces, then toss with the sweet and spicy sauce and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lime juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- To assemble the toast, divide the avocado between the two slices. Top with the shrimp and garnish with sesame seeds and serrano if using.
