- In a large bowl, mix together the red onion, vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the yogurt, garlic, and dill until combined.
- Toss the cucumbers with the yogurt mixture, cover, and chill for 30 minutes.
