Looking for a dinner that’s light, fresh and packed with punch? Meet your new obsession 👉 Grilled Pesto Zucchini + Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp! 🍤
You’ll need:
- 2 large zucchini, cut into quarters lengthwise
- 2 tbsp pesto
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Flaky salt to taste
- Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp to serve
How to make it:
1. Prepare desired amount of Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp according to package directions.
2. Preheat the grill to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Grill the zucchini for 2-3 minutes per side or until tender but crisp. You don’t want to overcook the zucchini.
3. Slice the zucchini and place into a bowl along with the pesto, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Toss until combined.
4. Serve alongside the crispy shrimp and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 large English cucumber, cut into ½" bites
- 1 ripe but firm avocado, diced
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 4 oz feta, crumbled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Prepare desired amount of Social Kitchens Sweet & Spicy Shrimp according to package directions.
2. Add the cucumber, avocado, lemon juice, dill, feta, olive oil, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper to a bowl. Toss until completely combined.
