- Add spring mix and chopped ingredients into a bowl
- Cook the shrimp according to package directions
- Once shrimp is cooked, transfer to a mixing bowl and drizzle the sauce from packet and toss to evenly coat shrimp.
- Transfer shrimp to bowl with spring mix and garnish with walnuts. Add more sauce if desired.
